Our Process
We identify the best type of meditation for your team–because different meditations have different effects–by conducting a mindfulness diagnosis (MD). The MD is a quick 15 to 30-minute phone call with a mindfulness stakeholder at your organization to assess your organization’s mindfulness needs.

Although research shows that meditation can lead to immediate changes, you need to be consistent with your mindfulness practice if you want changes that last for more than one workday. If you’re interested in starting a consistent meditation practice at your organization, we will work with you to create a program that is tailored to your organization.
